Instructions for use:

2 capsules 1/4 hour before the main meals with a large glass of water, or 2 hours after a large meal. The content of the capsule can also be diluted in water. Due to the clay content, do not absorb at the same time as a medicine or in pregnancy. Use punctually or in periods of 1 to 3 months. It does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
