Oligophytum® is the first range of trace elements that comes in the form of easily assimilated microcompresses to be dissolved under the tongue (granules). Instructions for use:

Take preferably on an empty stomach: 5 microcompresses in the morning and 5 before dinner. Simply empty the microcompresses from the transparent cap directly into the mouth, under the tongue.
