Toning, relaxing, anti-inflammatory, healing.
Applications: Headache, stress migraine, nervous tension, feeling of mental saturation, relaxing-calming action, back pain, sunburn, emotional alteration, anger, irritability in children, natural purifying and relaxing air freshener, restless children.
Adults:
- For the body: add 3 drops of essential oil to 6 ml of base oil.
- For the face: add 2 drops of essential oil to 6 ml of base oil.
- For the bath: add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil to 6 ml of base oil. and pour this preparation into a bathtub full of warm water.
- Hands, feet and hair: as for the body.
- Vaporization: from 4 to 8 drops, repeat as many times as necessary.
Children (between 5 and 12 years old): use half the recommended doses.
