Fucus is a brown algae rich in mucilage, minerals, such as sodium, potassium and magnesium salts; trace elements, particularly iodine (0.1%), and also cobalt, zinc, nickel, chromium, silicon, etc.

Lastly, it is a good source of nitrogenous matter and vitamins A, B1, C and D.

How to use:

Take 2-3 tablets three times a day, between meals.
